The Shells Villa is competitivly priced given its location (beach & village), size, amenities, and luxury. Due to our loyal customers and overall value we are generally booked in excess of 45 weeks per year, so we do not discount off of our published prices. During non-peak times we adjust our prices down to reflect seasonality.
