The Shells Villa is competitivly priced given its location (beach & village), size, amenities, and luxury.  Due to our loyal customers and overall value we are generally fully booked from December through August, so we do not discount off of our published rates.  During non-peak times we adjust our prices down to reflect seasonality.

* Plus $150 Cleaning Fee, 11% Tax and $500 refundable damage deposit.

Check-ins and check-outs are on Saturdays.

We accept credit cards with a 3% convenience fee.
